Laser-fired steel wall

The material used for the wall is ordinary S235 JR steel baked with a laser. Then deburred - that is, machined to remove any sharp edges and burrs after the firing process. After this type of treatment, the surface is soft to the touch. The next process is blast cleaning of the entire surface with abrasive elements. The final stage is the application of primer and powder coating. After all the procedures, the panel is ready for installation and will serve for many years.

Shipping of laser-fired openwork panels

It is possible to design and ship decorative walls after specifying the dimensions in which we should fit the element. In a well-packed package you will always find an assembly kit in the form of dowels , washers , screws and bezels in the color of the element.
